P365: Day 4 - Happy memories last forever.

My morning coffee. Have I mentioned lately just how much I love my new Bunn coffee maker that Ben got me for Christmas? I seriously, seriously, seriously love it big bunches!

No, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you... that TN coffee mug isn't orange and white.

I'm not thrilled with today's picture, but it'll have to do. It's been a rather blah day and I have no desire to take any additional ones. C'est la vie.

Sorry you're having a blah day. What's so special about a Bunn coffee maker?? Is it the kind that makes single servings with a coffee pod?

Thanks!

I've wanted a Bunn for years... like 20 years!

A couple of my friends got Bunns years ago and I was so impressed with how quick they were, unlike my cheap coffee pot that took forever to brew a pot of coffee. Their coffee tasted way better, too. The Bunns are pricey, though, so I could never afford one of them. In the 6 years that Ben and I have been married, we've gone through almost that many coffee makers.

The last one we bought we spent a little more on thinking it would last... it was this one: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?SKU=15087161&RN=2353& I kid you not, it didn't last two months before it completely died. We went back to using our old standby (my Mr. Coffee coffee maker that I bought years ago... another good brand!), but decided if/when we bought again, we were going for the Bunn. He surprised me with it for Christmas and I've been in coffee heaven ever since! We actually timed it the first time we made coffee with it and 3 minutes later had the perfect cup of coffee. I like the fact that the pot isn't breakable. Also, that I can heat it up prior to making morning coffee and it will still be hot when I'm ready for coffee later that evening. (I drink way too much coffee! lol)

They do have a single serving version, but what I have is this one: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?SKU=14101977&RN=2353&

You can read more about them here: http://www.bunnathome.com/

(Oh, and let me just state for the record, no one paid me to type any of this. I'm just a long time fan of Bunn and am thrilled to now be an owner of one!)

This is fascinating!

So, how much coffee do you drink in a day?

Several cups in the morning... and then usually at least one, maybe 2 or 3 in the evening, depending on how late I'm up.
